My screen

Hey guys, ive got a really weird problem. I guess i clicked on something wrong or something. But i can only use half of my screen for like my Msn. Xfire, Windows media player and stuff, i can point my mouse over the rest of the screen, but i cant get my internet window, and msn, and xfire, and everything on my whole screen. This is how it looks like.

I can still play my coduo and stuff on full screen, but this is pretty annoying. Does anybody know how to solve this?

Never mind guys, u can close this. It probably had something to do with icq, coz if i pop that program up, my internet, wmp and all that shite is like half of my screen, but now it turns back to a big screen automatically again. Thx anyway =]
